Anne Marie enjoys vast experience implementing and managing the shipboard and corporate HR operations for major cruise line and ship management corporations. Her role at Anglo Eastern Leisure Management is vital to the performance of our company and the teams we deliver to our clients.
Anne Marie's responsibilities include: International Recruitment; Crew Scheduling and Succession Planning; International Regulatory Compliance (ISM, STCW, MLC 2006); HR Policy and Procedure Implementation; Employee Relations; Payroll Administration; and much more. She has overseen these vital HR functions for up to 14 separate vessels and 700 crewmembers.
Prior to joining Anglo Eastern Leisure Management, Anne Marie spent many years planning, implementing and perfecting shipboard HR functions for Royal Caribbean Cruises, Ltd. She was eventually named the company’s Manager of Safety and Quality Management, responsible for preserving the effectiveness of the SQM Policy and Procedure manuals for Fleet Operations for 21 vessels and shore side Fleet Operations.
